Fisher Mansion

Fisher Mansion in Detroit, Michigan  was built in 1928 for the cost of $2 million by the general manager of CADILLAC MOTORS- Mr. Lawrence P. Fisher. Architect of this lavish house was Mr. C. Howard Crane , previously known for his work on two amazing architectural masterpieces - Detroit's State and Fox Theathre.

In 1976, Afred B.Ford ( a great-grandson of Henry Ford) purchase the mansion for $300,000 and then donated to his spiritual teacher A.C. Bhaktivendanta, founder of Krishna Consciousness, and today the Fisher Mansion is Krishna Cultural Center.
