Fisher Building

FISHER Building is called Detroit largest art object. Built in 1928 by architect Albert Kahn who received the Architectural League's SILVER Medal designating this building as the most beautiful commercial structure of the year. Outside- metallic trim is  solid bronze, inside- marble from all over the world . Nowadays, shops, restaurants, art galleries and theater are housed inside its wall.  Underground walkways connect the Fisher Building to the General Motors World Headquarters.

The Fisher Brothers, developers of the closed automobile, erected the building for their offices.
